MUMBAI: Oberoi Realty launched two luxury residential projects in suburban Mulund area of the city.

Both the projects — Eternia and Enigma — are spread across nine acres and will have apartments of 3 and 4 BHK sizes. Eternia will have over 1,100 units while Enigma will have around 600, the company said in a statement.

It has appointed Singapore-based architect HB Design for the design development.

The company has so far developed over 36 projects ..
